Always reblog for the fact that people need to realize that your disdain for a body part is completely irrational and totally in your head. Saying something like, “I hate my thighs” is wrong because without your thighs, you wouldn’t be able to stand or walk. Look at the real problem! You may hate the fat on your thighs but still, stop dwelling on such negative body thoughts. Hating any part of your body (fat included) is never going to change anything. Instead, love your body enough to exercise and eat right and I can guarantee you’ll have physical changes that you’ll love but more importantly, mental changes as well. Being healthy goes hand-in-hand with self-love. It’s hard to hate any part of you when you realize the good it’s doing. After all, my thighs may be big and chubby but they can carry me miles. And that’s something I could never hate them for.
